Campo Santo

Campo Santo brings together pieces written over a period of some twenty years touching, in typical Sebaldian fashion, on a variety of subjects. None has been previously published in book form, but the ideas expressed in "Between History and Natural History" will be familiar to some readers -the essay is the predecessor of the Zürich lectures which later became the backbone of On the Natural History of Destruction.
