Critique of information

In this book Lash argues that the ubiquity of global communications flows has collapsed the separate space needed for sustained reflection, for critique. The author contends that the information in now the medium through wich identity, practice and association are organized; The critique of information is at the same time the critique of power. Power in the age of global flows is no longer a question of ideology or discourse. In today´ s world power itself is informational.
